I moved into Briarwood in April, so I've been here four months. I must say that I am extremely happy and feel very lucky to live here. The staff members are super friendly and always eager to listen and respond to requests for maintenance or explanations I might need. And it's not just that they respond--they reach out. When the electricity went off, through no fault of their own, they offered to take us to the movies and were going to buy us supper if it hadn't come back on!

I have been residing at Briarwood for about 8 years. Recently I had some maintenance issues in my apartment that needed attention. The day after I reported them, a maintenance man was here. He was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable and fixed all problems in a short period of time. Now I know that if anything comes up (as far as maintenance goes), I will get quality care in a timely manner. Thank you.

I've lived here now for over a year and I love it. The staff are caring and very helpful. They great programs here and the service coordinator is simply awesome. I'm proud to say that I am involved in one of those programs. I'm now a "Senior Companion" which I love very much. Love Briarwood Apts.

They all work together as a cohesive unit, are extremely hardworking and diligent, and do what needs to be done in order to complete the task at hand.
