When the electricity went off, through no fault of their own, they offered to take us to the movies and were going to buy us supper if it hadn't come back on!

I have been residing at Briarwood for about 8 years. Recently I had some maintenance issues in my apartment that needed attention. The day after I reported them, a maintenance man was here. He was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable and fixed all problems in a short period of time. Now I know that if anything comes up (as far as maintenance goes), I will get quality care in a timely manner. Thank you.

They all work together as a cohesive unit, are extremely hardworking and diligent, and do what needs to be done in order to complete the task at hand.
